Christy Borgersrode

Mrs. Christy Borgersrode has been teaching since 1998. She began her career teaching elementary school. She has been at Gadsden Middle since the fall of 2012, teaching 6th grade math from 2012-2015. Mrs. Borgersrode then taught 8th grade math and Algebra I until the spring of 2022. She has returned to 6th grade where she is currently teaching math. She received both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Jacksonville State University. In addition, she is certified in Middle School Mathematics, grades 4-8 and has completed training through AMSTI. Mrs. Borgersrode and her husband have three sons and a daughter. When she is not educating young minds, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family.
