Michael Ann Crane

Ms. Crane teaches 8th Grade English Language Arts at Gadsden Middle School. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of West Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Birmingham-Southern College.

Ms. Crane is passionate about helping students become confident readers, writers, and critical thinkers. In her classroom, students explore literature, strengthen their writing and grammar skills, and learn how to support their ideas with evidence. She believes that every student can grow as a reader and writer when given the right combination of challenge, support, and encouragement.
