Kathy Roberts

Mrs. Kathy Roberts teaches social studies at Gadsden Middle School. She previously worked as an instructional aide at GMS and at Striplin Elementary School. Mrs. Roberts taught at Southside Elementary School for over seven years, and she also worked as the guidance counselor there. After a 13-year hiatus from education, Mrs. Roberts is happy to be back in the classroom. In addition, she is the Tiger Ambassador sponsor.  Mrs. Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Birmingham-Southern College and a master’s degree in elementary education from the University of Alabama. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Mrs. Roberts lives in Gadsden with her husband, Andrew, and their four children.
